We collect certain information and data about you when you use our portal or our mobile apps.

It is possible, though very unlikely, that someone other than our self or ourselves could access and read information sent to us or received from us in this way. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. You may request access to your medical records we hold about you under the Access to Health Records Act 1990.
